Less Stress – Teach Your Child To Ride

Welcome Parents, Caregivers, and friends interested in sharing bicycling,

Learning to ride a bike is a rite of passage and this course can make the process better for you as the teacher and your child using the glide first method and does not use training wheels or involve holding onto the rider or bicycle seat. That may be different from the way you personally learned, however, this new way works consistently better for more riders with fewer crashes. In this course, I will guide you through the steps that will reduce your stress in teaching your family member or friend to ride. I will also briefly cover mindset, breathing, and the role of past trauma so that you and your learner are better prepared for your experience together. At the end of this course, there is a feedback form that I hope you will use to help me improve the course. Enjoy! – Jason
